Howdy Folks! It's been a while since our last blog. We've been busier than usual this summer. Or maybe just busier than last summer. This summer we bought a State Park Pass since there are two state parks within minutes of our house. We've visited both of them so far (once) and hope to maybe get a picnic in next Friday when Dad is home. The first photo is from Roxborough State Park. This park is only walking/hiking trails, but it is very peaceful and the scenery is spectacular! We saw a mother deer and her fawn while we were there. We must have walked over a mile total but Jack wouldn't sit in the stroller for anything. He really loved being outdoors walking around. We also went on a picnic with Grandma Pat and Grandad Gary to Chatfield Reservoir. I had no idea how huge it really was until we drove all around it from Titan Road back to Wadsworth.
