Hello friends! It's high time I wrote again, as 14 months have already slipped by. Things have been going great with the Christensen Clan. Jack is growing like a weed, but no official numbers until next month at the check-up. We have been getting into spring and finally getting into our backyard to fix it up. I told Scott it was uglier than nature, all wild and overgrown (in places) or dead (in other places). So this year we endeavored to make it look nice and inviting so Jack can play back there. When we have After photos we'll post both of them so you can be amazed yourself! However, in our front yard we have started a nice tulip garden thanks to my birthday gift from Robert, Natalie, and Emerson. Not all of my tulips flowered this year, but these two varieties did: There were actually two of the orange ones and they were beautiful. One day I took a photo of them. The next day one was missing. Here is a video of the day we tried to fly a kite. Yes, there was too much wind but I was determined. We had a good time, and it was not actually as close to winding around Jack as it looks in the movie. Promise! The best part of that park is that Jack can run around like a maniac without having to hold on to Mommy or Daddy's hand. He really loved playing on the ball field and at the playground. He even tried the swing this time and didn't cry.
