Happy Happy Birthday Duncan!

Happy 1st Birthday Duncan Garrett!!   So we have finally reached the one year mark with our little Duncan. It is so hard to believe. As our pediatrician told us, this is the part of our lives with long days, and short years. So very true. At any rate, we had a great family celebration over Labor Day weekend. All the boys got to play with their cousins, and we had lots of guests. It was a great way to celebrate Duncan.  We had our visit to the doctor and he is still very tall (75%) and his weight was at about 50%. It is so strange to already be thinking of changing to 18 month clothes because he is too long for the 12 month clothes. Just goes to show that every kid is different. :)    Here are some photos from our fun party. Time for Bubbles with Grandpa Gary, Uncle Robert, and the cousins. More bubble fun with Aunt Natalie Grandma and Nonie, thick as thieves. A fun visit with Antie Marian and Uncle John Birthday pose with Papa ...

Popcorn!

Hello everyone! As most of you probably know, Jack and Logan are both in Cub Scouts this year. While Logan is not part of the fundraising for the Pack, Jack and I both are and it is that time of year! We have started selling our Trails End Popcorn, Coffee, and Chocolate (it's true, I looked). Even if you don't want any of the treats, you can donate and the treats will be sent to troops or veterans. So it's kind of  a win-win no matter how you slice it. Scouting has been a great way for the boys to meet kids from the neighborhood, grow in character, and develop a sense of leadership and belonging. So many things to try so they can find their talents and discover what the like and dislike. Here is a link to Jack's fundraising web page. You can order directly from the page and it will be sent to you. Please consider helping out Pack 625! Jack's Fundraising Webpage Yours in Scouting, and Until Next Time,
